Ingredients
- 90 grams tuna in water
- 120 grams chickpeas
- 50 grams red sweet peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 30 grams spinach
- 50 grams boiled corn
- 100 grams cottage cheese

Drain the water from the tuna.

Cut the peppers into slices, add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Finally add the olive oil, salt and pepper.
