Ingredients

- 15 grams of Dijon mustard
- 160 grams of olive oil
- a pinch of salt and pepper
- 500 grams of mixed greens
- 4 eggs boiled and chopped
- 340 grams of roasted chicken
- 1 whole avocado sliced
- 140 grams of cherry tomatoes
- 30 grams of chives
