Ingredients
- 50 grams of rice noodles
- 150 grams of tofu
- 200 grams of broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 30 grams of spinach
- optional: lime, cilantro, garlic, ginger, red chili pepper
Instructions

Boil the noodles according to the packaging instructions.

Cut tofu into smaller pieces. Add oil into a frying pan and fry the tofu and broccoli, adding soy sauce and optional seasoning (garlic, lime, ginger, and chili)

Serve with the noodles and baby spinach.

Give it some extra flavor with cilantro and lime!
